Chronic Illness/ caregiver burntout
Living with chronic illness—or caring for someone who is—can quietly reshape every part of your life.

It’s not just about medical symptoms. It can affect your identity, relationships, energy, future plans, and emotional well-being.Chronic illness can bring ongoing uncertainty, grief, fear about the future, caregiver burnout, and shifts in roles within families and relationships. It can also create invisible emotional weight that others may not always see or understand.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating chronic illness and caregiving.I’ve spent several years working in hospital settings alongside interdisciplinary teams in specialized departments including Cystic Fibrosis, General Medicine, Intensive Care Unit, Diabetes care, Rheumatology, and Digestive Diseases. In those settings, I’ve supported both patients and families through some of the most complex and emotionally intense moments of their lives.
