I am Rachel, a Registered Social Worker with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. As humans, we have the remarkable ability to continually evolve, and sometimes we may require additional assistance along the way. My role is to provide guidance and support in helping you reach your goals.

I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages; including families, adolescents, couples, adults, and seniors, discover their inherent strengths and wisdom. By tapping into these inner resources, we can work together to make positive changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.

My approach is grounded in building strong relationships, being attentive, and offering gentle yet direct guidance. Together, we will develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique goals. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, and actively listen to
your experiences in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and curious manner.

I understand that reaching out for help can be challenging. However, if you are ready and committed to making the necessary changes to improve your well-being, I am here to support you on this transformative journey and look forward to connecting with you for a free phone consultation.
