03. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

This therapy uses meditation, breathing exercises and body awareness to become more aware of thoughts and feelings without becoming attached or reactive to them. Mindfulness awareness can help gain insight into patterns of thinking and behavior in order to respond to difficulties in a more adaptive and compassionate way.

04. Narrative Therapy

This therapy focuses on the stories and narratives we construct about the world we live in, ourselves, and experiences. It separates the individual from their problems and diagnoses and helps them reconstruct a new narrative based on their strengths. It can help gain new insights and find alternative ways of living. It can help address various issues, including, but not limited to, relationship challenges, trauma, depression, and addiction.

This therapy focuses on identifying an individual's strengths and resources to create solutions as opposed to dwelling on problems. It can help individuals envision their preferred future and develop practical strategies to achieve it. It can be effective in addressing relationship issues, behavioural challenges, personal growth and organizational change.

This therapy is an approach that highlights the importance of emotions in our lives. It helps individuals become more aware of their own emotions and process them in healthy ways, as well as identifying patterns of communication and behaviours. This therapy can be effective addressing childhood abuse, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues and borderline personality disorder.

This therapy is for individuals who would like to connect better with nature and improve physical fitness. This therapy modality is based on incorporating the natural anti-depressant abilities and healing properties gained by being outside and connected with nature.
