Rachel Daca
I am a licensed therapist who specializes in brain-gut axis therapies, fertility/parenting issues, and couples counselling. I offer flexible, understanding, and empathetic counselling services to help clients evolve and live their best life.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m also a wife and a proud mother of twins. My personal life is deeply important to me and helps shape the empathy and perspective I bring to my work with clients. Like many of the people I support, I balance the joys and challenges of family life, which gives me a genuine appreciation for how complex and demanding life can sometimes feel.

I’m an animal lover and feel most grounded when I’m spending time outdoors. I enjoy hiking, swimming, snowboarding, boating, and scuba diving, and I love any opportunity to explore new places through travel. Whether it’s a quiet walk in nature or an adventure somewhere new, being outside helps me recharge and stay connected to what matters most.

I also enjoy reading and lifelong learning, both personally and professionally. Curiosity and growth are values that guide my life, and they are the same values I bring into the therapy room.
I believe that therapy works best when there is a genuine human connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
